When ordering in-stock items from Monday through Friday, our goal is to dispatch all Australian orders the same day if they are placed before 10 a.m. (AEST).  Orders placed after hours will be fulfilled the following working day. 

We will mail your order using a courier service or regular Australia Post, so you can easily follow its progress.

When the package is shipped, you will receive a notification.  We are not responsible for a delivery once the courier has picked it up.  Customers are responsible for notifying us if an order does not arrive on schedule.  After that, we'll get in touch with the courier to look into it more.Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, so please be sure it is correct.

Worldwide: 

- Standard International Shipping: Cost is determined at checkout.

 - For metro areas, Australia Post anticipates 2-4 business days.

- 5-7 business days for Australian regions

 

Any delivery window or time that we specify is only an estimate based on data from Australia Post.  For any legitimate and inevitable delivery delays, Switten Australia shall not be held responsible.

 

Products that have been preordered will only be dispatched when they are ready.
